"Please no empty chairs"

This past weekend it was General Conference and I love when this time comes around. I love watching and listening to the things that our General Authorities have to share with us. This time there was a saying that particularly stood out to me and I cannot for the life of me remember who said this in their talk but there was a woman with children and when this woman passed away on her head stone she had "please no empty chairs" engraven. This really stuck out to me as Zach and I are ready to start our family. We are able to teach our children all that we know and want the absolute best for them however each and every one of us has our own free agency and are able to choose for oursleves happiness or misery and even though the parents do everything they could possibly do to teach their children the right way and how to make our lives happy but the in the end they have the ultimate desicion. So when this life is over I hope that in our family Zach and I have done the best that we can do as parents so that we have no empty chairs.

I also LOVED that talk! It made me nervous and excited at the same time for my future family. It's true, there is only so much you can do and then they're free to decide for themselves. Yikes! Miss ya Megz :)Tell Zach hi for us!

I loved this talk as well. When I heard that quote, the thought ran threw my head that I would like that same one on my headstone. I was very impressed by it as well. You are such a beautiful person, inside and out. I sure love ya.
